Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide:

• ZIP code
• Project type
• Project stage
• Preferred timing
• Project details
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number

How we use your information

• Review your project inquiry.
• Contact you about your project.
• Maintain an operational inquiry record.
• Prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
• Operate and secure the inquiry system.

Service providers

• Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, D1 data storage, and Turnstile security services.
• Resend provides transactional email delivery.
• Google Workspace provides business email.

Security and abuse prevention

We use Turnstile and rate limiting to help protect the inquiry system from duplicate and abusive submissions. Raw and hashed IP addresses are not stored with inquiry records. Turnstile tokens and security metadata are not persisted with inquiry records.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to 180 days and are then scheduled for deletion.

Analytics

Inquiry personally identifiable information is not sent to analytics. This exclusion includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, project details, and inquiry content.
